Tokara Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 89+ Points


One of Stellenbosch most consistent Cabernet, with textbook character, only pity with the newly released 2012 is the alcohol are noticeable, would have rated at least 1 point higher! served it decanted and slightly chilled might hide it, nevertheless at less than half the price of many supposedly top Cabernet of the Cape, this is an excellent value proposition hard to resist, stock up it will look    “ extremely great value” in 2 years time!

Ideal drinking occasions: winter
Serve with: 24 hours slow roasted beef ribs
