Paul Cluver Estate Village Pinot Noir 2013 87+ Points

Newest addition to their portfolio, probably inspired by Burgundy hierarchy concepts? Bright, juicy and ambitious style with spicy notes, fresh, quite full bodied for a Pinot, rich farewell.
Trade priced at around 30% less than their excellent and consistent Estate offering, the questions is will most restaurant / hotel, keep both on their wine lists? As compared to other brand who have a second or third label the average margin reduction is between 45 to 50%, from experience I know where many restaurateur will probably swing........
