Rupert & Rothschild Classique 2011 90+ Points

Great to see they have maintain the quality they started and there is continuity and would say it is marginally brighter and crunchier than the excellent 2010 (90 Points) and they have maintained their moderate alcohol too, it is clear Schalk-Willem Joubert and Yvonne Lester have found the winning formula in their blends for this table and food friendly offering.

If there is one premium red wine that is a must on any restaurant wine lists, irrespective of the food concepts, this is it, R&R Classique is certainly now a very powerful brand ontrade and the demand are so good that any food & beverage operations that does not have it on the selections are losing substantial revenue!
