When this white blends was released, it shows a
lot of promise with forthcoming fruit and a fat oily texture with moderate
acidity, however 4 years in the bottle, though under screw cap, the wine is
completely shot, only alcohol left, testament that it has been pick way too
ripe for Paarl / Wellington hot climate, pity!
