Cathedral Cellar Western Cape Chardonnay 2010 87+ Points

Pale straw with yellow green reflections.
Showy style, high intensity, ripe oranges, pineapples, toasty barley, grilled coconut, intense jasmine floral note, oaky but well integrated, good purity of fruit.
Dry, in fact drier than nose may suggest, citrusy purity, crisp, energetic with citric freshness, mineral core, supportive oak on mid palate, the high alcohol of 14% abv is fully integrated, long length.
Now with some aeration/decanting will benefit the wine, if cellared properly may be kept up to 2018.
