San Pedro Castillo de Molina Curico Valley Riesling 2008 91 Points

Clear, day bright pale straw with green yellow reflections.
Clean, high intensity showing slight evolution with preserved lemon, white peaches, honey, grilled nuts, I suspect this Riesling have spent some time in oak, as there is a delicate brush of toast and smoky element, but well contained in the ripe fruit structure, mineral and pure.
Dry with dash residual sugar, leaning towards a Spatlese style, high acidity, lending lots of energy, freshly squeeze lemon, fleshy peaches, racy, textured, lush,  full  ”creamy” style, savory with slate / salty mineral, fresh and vibrant, moderate alcohol (13% abv), long and persistent.
Infinite pairings options, yet will be fantastic as an aperitifs.
