San Pedro Castillo de Molina Valle de Elqui Sauvignon Blanc 2010 90 Points

Clear, bright, pale straw with yellow /green reflections.
Clean, high intensity, showing development with ripe asparagus, green pepper note, citrus oil, impressively pure, lots of minerality, multilayered complexity.
Dry with high acidity, racy nervous style, showing less development on palate, crunchy gooseberries, lime segment, green kiwi, grapefruit,  moderate alcohol (13% abv) full texture with textured mid palate, saline mineral, long and persistent.
Holding very well for a 2.5 years old Sauvignon. Now until 2017
