Ruby cherry red with slight garnet brown rim.
Clean, ripe red plums, cassis, blueberries, earthy, loamy soil, spicy oak, light vanilla toast, hints of tobacco, smoky, complex and layered.
Dry with some residual sugar, medium plus acidity, the tannins are a tad unripe, high alcohol evident (14%), fresh, full bodied, gutsy red, some dusty cedary character, hot finish, now until 2014.
