Impressive purity of fruit with subtly ripe
blackberries and dark plums, fragrant lavender and hints of rosemary, smoky, delicately spicy.
Dry with grainy ripe tannin still integrating, leathery
richness, delicate extraction with impressively pure dark red fruits follows
through, savory, peppery zest, fresh and vibrant, I reckoned this is the best and most elegant Shiraz
release to date by Waterford Estate.(all previous releases I have rated between 89 - 90+)
Will get even better with time in bottle if one can resists,
gorgeous now yet have leg for evolution until 2021+
